I've always been hesitant about goal setting and favoured setting 'intentions' instead. This program actually allowed me to do both. I could write my goals but also break them down into smaller intentions or 'habits'. Seeing the 'habits' written out made reaching a goal less daunting and overwhelming. Before I knew it I was actually doing the things I said I wanted to do. I'll definitely be using this system going forward! Really grateful to work with the 90 Day Teacher!

Simple, supportive, successful, and fun! 90 day teacher is such a great program! It has helped me create more of a work-life balance. I loved the simple steps, the videos, and all the help along the way. I was looking for something to help me balance my busy home life with my hectic work life as a teacher... I needed balance. I knew balance was my goal and I was trying to do it all on my own but was not succeeding. That was when I was introduced to 90 day teacher. I can not recommend this program enough! Even though I did not complete all my goals, I came pretty close and now I can't wait for the next session. It has given me something to work towards and has made me feel all the successes. It is a must-try for anyone looking to achieve goals in life and is especially good for teachers.

  • When should I start my 90 days?

    "I will start on Monday" or "I will start once I have done..." are far too commonly used when it comes to goal setting. There will never be an ideal time to start, so my advice is to be realistic with your time but get started as soon as possible!

  • Why 90 days?

    90 days has been proven to be the perfect amount of time for business and individuals to achieve goals. It is long enough to make an impact and allow for flexibility whilst being short enough to maintain motivation.
